EDUCATION
B.S., Towson University

Carol has spent almost all of her adult life in theatre. She worked as a professional actor in her native England for 10 years before coming to Baltimore in 1972. Locally, she has played lead and supporting roles created by playwrights as diverse as Neal Simon and Shakespeare, and worked at many of the Baltimore theatres, including Centre Stage and Everyman. She was nominated 'Best Actress' by the City Paper for her portrayal of Martha in Edward Albee's 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe' and has directed over 20 productions at local community and college theatres.

At Villa Julie College, she directed The Good Doctor by Neal Simon (2003), played Mrs. Drudge in Tom Stoppard's The Real Inspector Hound (2004), directed Marvin's Room by Scott McPherson (2005), and played Madame Arcati in Noel Coward's Blithe Spirit (2006).
